What package are you referring to?
All/ package agnostic

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Should be able to deploy speckle-server on non-amd64 architectures using the official built images.

Describe the solution you'd like
Support arm64 and windows-amd64 architectures at minimum, https://github.com/docker-library/official-images#architectures-other-than-amd64
Use Docker's buildx command for multi-arch support.

Describe alternatives you've considered
