当前的搜索好像会在全文的范围内搜索关键字，希望可以改成或者增加只在文章的标题范围内进行搜索。
全文范围的搜索在以下场景不是太友好：
对于程序员博客，搜索某个函数或系统调用的笔记时，会在全文（包括代码）中进行检索，出现大量无关的结果。
