Support for scala 2.9+ and sbt 0.11.3+

Hi, I'm interested on giving your tool a try, however, I find it's out of date... do you have any plans to making it work with scala 2,9+/ 2.10+ and sbt 0.11.3+?

Unfortunately I haven't had time of late to do any work on this,
however, there are a number of Java code coverage tools that work fine
with Scala and have Scala SBT plugin support, such as Jacoco and the
jacoco4sbt plugin:
