Describe the bug

If you create a territory by unarchiving someone else's territory, sn doesn't subscribe you to your new territory.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. click create territory
  2. create a territory with the same name of an archived territory
  3. the territory gets created but you do not get subscribed

Expected behavior

The user unarchiving the territory should be getting subscribed to it as if it was creating a new territory
