Should we move the community research observer and code of conduct items to the bottom? Unless we have anything new to report that may be a better place for our "action items" moving forward until we have another system in place for handling them.

Agree. It's nice to touch upon these items briefly in the call, as a reminder and to keep them fresh in our minds, but doing so at the end of the call works for me.
