Better form support

So html form's are kind of made redundant by two way bindings and data-on-*, but we dont want to lose the variable naming with name or html validation like required. Some api's that may be used by the backends might also expect formdata and we dont necessarily want to have to retranslate files from base64 into formdata just to transfer them.

<form action="/subscribe" data-method.sse.formdata="post" data-model="subscribeForm">
  <label for="email">Email</label>
  <input type="email" required name="email"/>
  <input type="submit" />
</form>

Would create the following store:

{ subscribeForm: { email: '' } }

The proposal seems sensible to me. I don't really have time to hash it out this month. Improving the inspector is my main concern right now.
