ColorBukkit not available

The paper plugin format allows dependencies to be built/fetched.
I recall the plan being to use that to fetch a ColorBukkit jar.

Is this still planned? Were we going to shade it? I honestly can't remember how colourbukkit was supposed to be handled.
Also, I don't think it loads on the latest versions, but I haven't built it recently to check.

Currently colorbukkit is a plugin of itself, but now that I think about it, we could probably shade it

It has also already been implemented, we are using the colorbukkit api for the style command
