Upgrade repo to integrate with MyInfo v4 #36

As MyInfo has released their v4 APIs, maybe we can upgrade the APIs in the repo to allow for a longer grace period in the event we are forced to upgrade.

Hi Byron, thank you for the suggestion! Unfortunately we are no longer maintaining this package, so we won't be upgrading it.
