Getlago for Billing?

Hi all.
Just put together Steve on AWS and looking great. I was looking for billing options and found one ticket from 2019 discussing it and nothing after that. Has anyone tried https://www.getlago.com for billing or is there some other preferred option? Can't seem to find anything open source on google either.
