Currently, the N setting (NPC sprites) has a warning on N2 and N3 due to sprites' collision boxes being potentially bigger or smaller than intended, causing softlocks.
I don't know if it's possible with the way both Earthbound and the randomizer work, but I think it could be beneficial to have these sprites inherit their original collision boxes to prevent area denial or sequence break softlocks.
