bug: validation email redirect

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login to console.storacha.network with a new email (can just add a +alias to your storacha email) in one chrome profile
2. In another chrome profile, access open your validation email and click the link to accept
3. Sign up for storacha from the page you're sent to by clicking the link
4. After putting in your CC info, you will get redirected to console.web3.storage

I just reproduced this staying within the same chrome profile and then realised that this might be because I've used this email+test to sign up to web3.storage.

update: I just reproduced with a completely unique email and completed all steps in the same chrome profile and was redirected to console.web3.storage after selecting my tier + entering my payment details. Steps to reproduce are same as what Hannah wrote above.

@hannahhoward @heyjay44 I'm not sure I understand the bug here - isn't getting redirected to console.web3.storage the expected behavior?
