Image is changing size but links aren't moving #98

Not having any effect on my website.
I created an image map on this site: http://www.html-map.com/ for my blog page: http://www.minicabit.com/blog/2015/09/22/the-rugby-world-cup-2015-minicabit-has-you-covered/

The plugin is installed and the image map is using co-ordinates. Is there somethinng else I need to do?
