fail on deploy.proto

First I would like to thank you for your work. It really save me some time.

I am contacting you because my application has a problem. I build the shared library of caffe-opencl and I imported it in my android application. However the application crashes after try to read the file "deploy.proto".

Do you have any idea ?

Maybe you don't open the permission of read/write files in storage
