Improving the footer for mobile ui

problem with current footer interface:
specially in case of mobile/phone users,
while adding more links in any of div will increase the size, and the increased size will make users to scroll more and may consume more time in navigating through links.

approach to fix:
improving the footer by bringing all div s side by side resulting less space need and easy to navigate through available links.
