Add, check and document handling of Tags

The original theme did not include any handling of tags. Therefore the visual appearance of tags needs to be added. Additionally it needs to be verified whether the theme should add some additional functionality for handling of tags or whether it is sufficient to show it in the demo project. This should also involve updating the docs here and probably in the demo project.
