Add an option for specifying custom headers

Something like:

• nikto -h example.com --header "Authorization: Bearer <mytoken>"

I honestly thought I'd added this 10 years ago. But no I hadn't. It should be a simple check in the setup_hash() function in plugins_core to check for anything define in CONFIGFILE or CLI.
