[bug] Pixelfed Boosts are not appearing in the timeline for GtS

Describe the bug with a clear and concise description of what the bug is.

When a post is boosted in Pixelfed, and you are following that account, you should receive the post in your GtS timeline, but it does not appear.

What happened?

The boosted post from Pixelfed does not appear in the Home timeline of GtS

What you expected to happen?

The boosted post from PF should appear in the GtS home timeline, like an other boosted post.

How to reproduce it?

Follow a Pixelfed User
The PF user will boost/reblog a photo from their feed in Pixelfed

Anything else we need to know?

Boost from PF are appearing in other server type timelines -- Mastodon, Sharkey, etc

Post from the PF user you are following will appear in GtS, just not their boosts

It's also possibly related to this, if Pixelfed is using the URL of a Note as the boost target rather than the ID: pixelfed/pixelfed#5263
