🌟 Feature Overview

This allows the user to have a feature that passively listens to sounds around the device and if the user mentions to be informed when there are certain noises in the surroundings that is caught on by the inbuilt micro-phone they will be informed via voice output.

🤔 Why this feature?

Just to add more features to the existing code to add diversity.

📋 Expected Behavior

This will have a voice output if there are sounds in the surrounding that the user defined already.
