Missing ARM64 container image for Kubevirt

The virt-operator image of kubevirt appears to be missing the ARM64 build, causing the pod failing to start with the error:

exec /usr/bin/virt-operator: exec format error

When not using the helm chart and install Kubevirt manually this works without problems.

Hello! The latest version of the Helm chart is currently aligned with KubeVirt v1.3.1, however, we don't have the respective arm64 artefacts in our downstream builds for that version. Feel free to resolve this issue by adjusting the operator values to match the upstream image.

We'll soon be bumping the chart to KubeVirt v1.4.0 and that one might include arm64 builds out of the box so stay tuned!
