Regression detected from the following reports:

Report: https://sustainable-computing-io.github.io/kepler-metal-ci/kepler-stress-test-metrics.html

Details:
Significant Regression Detected

The test results from the last two days, specifically on 2024-07-31, show a significant increase in both the Mean Kepler CPU Utilization and the Standard Deviation (Std Dev) compared to the previous days' results. Here are the details:

  • On 2024-07-31 at 18:18:00Z, the Mean Kepler CPU Utilization was recorded at 0.3280331034%, which is a substantial increase from the previous day's value of 0.0597766338% recorded at 2024-07-30T18:15:51Z.
  • Similarly, the Std Dev on 2024-07-31 at 18:18:00Z was 0.2598348881%, which is also significantly higher than the previous day's Std Dev of 0.0362022150%.

This sharp increase in both the mean utilization and variability (Std Dev) indicates a performance regression. The values not only increased dramatically in a single day but also are much higher than any previous recordings in the dataset, suggesting an anomaly or issue that could be impacting performance negatively.

Further investigation into the changes made on or before 2024-07-31 would be necessary to identify the cause of this regression and to implement appropriate fixes or optimizations. This could involve reviewing code changes, configuration updates, or external factors affecting the testing environment.
