mkrt - npm package for directory-based routes

I was so excited for these upcoming changes to SvelteKit (and not just the routing), that I started working on mkrt at the end of last week.

I'm hoping it helps me be a bit faster at creating routes. I figured I'd generally need at least two files for a 'page' route. So that's creating a directory, two files, then adding some typical code to them.

Looking for some feedback though. I'm no expert at javascript, building packages, or the example code Rich talked about for these files.
Disclaimer: the readme is worded as if the changes have been implemented - which I know they're not yet.
