Type definitions are not correctly coloured in {@const} blocks

Describe the bug

Here's a screenshot of a case:

And here's another case, where the colour of the class is green (which is correct), but the other types are not coloured correctly:

Reproduction

{@const foo: string = 'bar'}

Expected behaviour

Should colour the types correctly
