What happened?

A navigation bar (navbar) is missing on the website. This issue affects the overall user experience by making it difficult for users to navigate through the site.

How can we reproduce this bug?

Steps to Reproduce
Visit the website.
Observe the absence of a navigation bar at the top of the page.
Try to navigate to different sections of the website without a navbar.

Expected Behavior
The website should have a navbar that includes:

Links to major sections of the website (e.g., Home, About, Services, Contact)
A logo or brand name
A search bar is optional.
Responsive design elements to ensure the navbar looks good on all devices
