What happened?

I recently made significant enhancements to its design to make it more appealing and user-friendly. However, I noticed that it has been removed. Could you please assign this to me so that I can correct it??

How can we reproduce this bug?

Made design enhancements to improve appeal and usability.
Checked the repository and found the application removed.
