Linking to Obsidian Notes from the Tldraw Plugin

I've been exploring the tldraw plugin, and I discovered a way to create links to Obsidian notes directly from within tldraw. This feature could enhance the functionality for users who heavily rely on both tools for their workflow.

However, implementing this feature would require a change to the tldraw source package. Before proceeding with a pull request, I wanted to check with the maintainers to see if this would be an acceptable change.

Proposed Change:

• Add functionality to generate links that point to Obsidian notes.

• Enhances the integration between tldraw and Obsidian.
• Provides users with a seamless workflow between note-taking and diagramming.
