Changes to Unprefixed Numbers and Wheel Downer in new update

G'day, I'm a regular user of talon, I use it every day at work.
I have noticed in the new updates over the past 2 months have some changes to the numbers and wheel downer commands that I think are unintuitive and should be undone.

1. There has been some change to the numbers_unprefixed functionality, namely that when I try to type a number by just saying the number, it automatically tries to use that command as an f key, for example: if I say "five" to insert the number 5, talon interprets it as "f five" without me pronouncing the f. I'm fairly sure the change is to do with the capture in unprefix_numbers.talon

2. The new default speed for "wheel downer" is way too fast, I think you should take it back to what it was or maybe just slightly faster.

I've implemented these changes back into my own rig however I am a very amateur programmer and not confident enough to commit to this repo without a bug free garuntee.
