在之前的版本，业务重来没遇到这个报错，升级后，频繁偶现报错，认为是业务并发创建，加了互斥锁和睡眠等待，创表还是会经常出现这个报错

发现是数据库创建一个超级表在事务里耗时很久

发现是，java 使用 restful 链接超时，进行了sql 重传，然后返错事务冲突
