User Story Description

As an employee,
I want to comment on my colleagues articles,
So we can discuss on our common interests.

Acceptance Criteria(FE/BE)
Employees should be able to comment on articles posted by their colleagues
Article author should be able to reply to comments on their articles
Character length of comments should not exceed(40,000 characters)
