Lets be uniform with `rust-bitcoin` and put the "Parse" bit at the front.
The `extract` module is private so we have to re-export all its public types. Re-name the `extract::Error` type and re-export it.

Mainly fixes up docs and v2 re-exports from private modules so all the error types etc. are available.
