Describe the bug
When TDcoSim is installed in two or more Python virtual environments sequentially, it over writes the registry key that was installed in the previous environment.

To Reproduce
Create two virtual Python environments and install TDcoSim in both sequentially. When you use tdcosim on the command line you will see that it will only point to tdcosim package that was installed in the 2nd environment.

Expected behavior
TDcoSim registry key is tied to the environment from which tdcosim is invoked from.

  • OS: Windows 10
  • PSS/E Version: 33.3.0, 35.0
