Define tour which should be started if an editor opens the backend to the first time #23

It would be nice to let a tour start if an editor open the backend to the first time. Since many tours may be available it should be possible to set this tour. For example with a key in the User-TSconfig.

mod.guide.tours.MySpecialModuleTour.autostart = 1
