updating license proces

Hi,

I am trying to update the list of licenses but my actions seem not to have the desired effect.
I reseeded the licenses (with new entries)
php artisan license ...

And restarted the service

but the UI still shows the old list.
Is there an extra action to be done to pick up the new info?
