iCal version of events

Hey guys, I would love to create an iCal version of the events that users can subscribe to, so they can see the conferences in their calendars.

Is this something could be part of this repository? Or something we would want at all?

Sorry for the late answer.

We didn’t have this on our radar and I’m worried that it would clutter the interface if we want to add a link to all conferences 🤔

That said, there’s probably a nice way to do it, feel free take a stab at it if you want. 😊

@EdwinMeijne We use confs.tech as one of the sources for our tech event aggregator https://tulu.la. For each event we have an iCal link. Also we provide iCal subscription for all CFPs or filtered by country or tag. You can sync them to your calendar, e.g click sync to calendar button here https://tulu.la/call-for-papers/?about=JavaScript.
