[BUG] right column controls for opening and resizing do not display

Describe the bug
In night mode when a collection in the left column is selected, the right column 'grab' line does not display, nor does the "1-click expander" (for lack of a documented name) that appears in the middle on the right edge of the zotero window when the right column is closed. IMO this is a minor bug with a workaround.

To Reproduce

1. Select any collection in the left column except for "My Library".
2. In day mode with the right column closed, the 1-click expander is visible.
3. When the right column is opened, a 1-pixel vertical black grab line is visible separating the middle column from the right column.
4. Click the sun to go to night mode and both the the 1-click expander and grab line disappear.
5. The functionality of the 1-click expander also disappears - when that area of the screen is moused over, the cursor does not change (see pic).
6. However, the functionality of the grab line is still there - when that area of the screen is moused over, the cursor correctly changes and the invisible line can be grabbed and dragged to expand or close the right column.

Expected behavior
In night mode, you should see:

1. the 1-click expander when the right column is closed
2. a white grab line after opening the right column
