Describe the bug
When opening a project from within QGIS, the database utils are not updated (only on plugin startup).

To Reproduce
Exact steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open a TWW qgs project
  2. Switch to a second project via Project - Open - qgs patch pointing to a different pg_service
  3. Try an INTERLIS export
  4. Check file - it is the one from the first pg_service

Expected behavior
When switching projects, the database utils are re-loaded and (if it is not a TWW project), the plugin functionalities are disabled.

  • QGIS Version: 3.34.11
  • OS: Windows
