URGENT : Need of a clear changelog practice

Describe the bug

Altered a changelog of the 0001 folder.

This has for consequence that any user that started using TWW with the 2024.0.5 release will never benefit from this evolution and risks datamodel unconsistencies in the future.

Any change on the app schema should not impact this and should be available through the application evolution workflow (should be defined soon)

TODO

• Convert this change in a delta file in the 0002 folder and make the setup run all scripts from these folders.
• Define scripts namings for changelogs
• List these scripts applications in a system table (name and date of script execution?)
