Current behavior

It is not possible to drag items over the not visible area of the TreeView when the enabled scrolling.

Minimal reproduction of the problem with instructions

  1. Go to https://stackblitz.com/edit/react-a1zvox-9ee2nf?file=app%2Fapp.jsx
  2. Try to drag the first node of the TreeView in the not visible part of the component
