Is your feature request related to a problem?

I think /back is too powerful to just hand out to players, and I can imagine ways it may be abused for more than just getting back your stuff.
Coupled with Gravestone/Death Chest mods you end up with death not being really punishing.
Still, it can be a little too punishing to die very far away from your respawn point, and sometimes a little help would be fine.

Solution(s)

Making it worse as a teleportation command could help,
I propose recycling the system used on the /spawn command for placing the player somewhere safe near their death coordinates.
Letting us configure a minimum and maximum distance around the exact coords.
For example, Min: 200, Max: 1000 would place the player ain a random spot between 200 and 1000 blocks away from their death point, no closer, and no further.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Making /back have an expiration timer from the moment the player dies to reduce the time they have to gather items at their base could help keeping it from being used deliberately as a teleport.

Additional context

I'm trying to keep the game balanced and fun, and to not render items added by content mods obsolete by the server utilities.
