[Feature Request]: Ability to disable any commands in a config file.

I want to be able to use this mod in a modpack Im creating and for the modpack I need to be able to disable certain commands.

Solution(s)

Config file with command toggles.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Direction towards another way to disable commands that isnt per world.
