"Unable to Share Vehicle" when trying to add virtual key #324

One of our users is seeing a "Unable to Share Vehicle" message in iOS when trying to add our Virtual Key.
So far we have only seen two variants:

Confirmation and success message when owner
Instructions to confirm in-car with keycard when not owner

What should the driver do in this case? Or the owner, which is a leasing firm..
