the MP-19 Akimbo fire delay is LONGER THAN ANY OTHER WEAPON which for a SMG shouldn't be a thing.

1. Vend 2 MP-19s and load them
2. Try to fire dual MP-19s in a continious stream
3. realise the fire delay on it is terrible
