Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
trying to edit configs and such through the web panel is CBT bc you have to download them, edit them, and re-upload them individually. with a loading screen each time.

Some sort of internal FTP or WebDAV or something server whose root is in whatever folders the TGS user they log in with has access to

Describe alternatives you've considered
a separate ftp server - which would have to have its own individual permissions setup, which is inconvenient.
