Feature request: Disable pulldown status + navigation bar

Would be nice to completely disable status + navigation bar. Right now they are hidden but can be pulled down with a swipe. I am on Android 6.0

Unfortunately this is not trivial - if I would be able to achieve it, it would be included in the plugin already.
If somebody know how to do it, pull requests are welcome.
