As a user, I want to add tags to the post so that I can categorize the post and make it easier to search.
As a user, I want to filter posts by tags so that I can find the posts that I am interested in.
As a use , I want post count by tags so that I can know how many posts are in each tag.
Add tags rest api create, update, delete, get by id, get all tags with post count
Add filter posts by tags rest api
