[Suggestion] Add the ability to waterlog sieves

Ex Nihilo provides the option to waterlog the sieves to obtain different drops. This would allow you to split the sea pickle, kelp, prismarine shard, prismarine crystals out from the main sand drops and to include coral in the sieve recipes similar to how Ex Nihilo implements it.
