[Suggestion] Have a command to allow players to have their own islands in multiplayer

Title basically says it all, but it would be really nice if there was an option for players to have their own islands if they wanted in multiplayer. A command example could be /island create [username] to make a new island for a specific player. /island warp [username] and /island warp spawn might be useful as well.
