[Idea] Add "ask an anonymous Q" to site

What specific challenge does your idea address?
Our community is large, and some folks might not feel comfortable asking a question with their name attached.
Describe the solution you'd like
It might be cool to have a form on the website, where members can anonymously ask a question. Here's an example: https://designx.community/ask/

Submissions would need to be moderated, but could be partially automated:

• Form auto-submits to database (prob. needs to be Google forms as AirTable bills for collaborators)
• Database emails notification to #admin channel
• Admin reviews submission in database for profanity/relevance, then marks it "approved" and adds relevant Slack channel
• Zapier pushes records marked "approved" to relevant Slack channel
• Et voila!

What other approaches have you considered?
Currently, admins are available to post on behalf of members, but this service isn't particularly visible or efficient.
