Meeting Overview

1. Review of PRs

• We reviewed the first PR together, and the workflow works fine now. The only change is that we discussed in the meeting that webapp should be a standalone branch from the main branch so we don't have to worry about git history and rebase issues. I will work on that offline and send Fanwang an email so that he can start to review it then.

2. Matrix Converter
   • The converter should allow the user to specify the fp_type for the fingerprint descriptor
   • The output from the algorithm should be more intuitive to something like: index -> (compound_name, selected points)

Next Steps

To-Do Before Next Meeting:

• Finish Code Reviews needed for prior algorithms.
• Wrap up the converter page.
