shutdown command and /lock command it shows specified file not found .What's that mean?

You have to make a bot on telegram but it not works all time .It works only when thisisnotrat.py file executed on his computer . To control your son's pc you have to install anydesk on both devices to see what he used to do .And there are many software for parental control you can check them out.
