Fatal Error On User Management

In the administration section under Users, clicking on either Users or Groups results in a runtime error.

Ubuntu 22.04
MySQL 8.0 (Remote Server)
phpMyFAQ v 4.0.4 (Upgraded from 3.2.6)

Apache error logs show:

I am using English (United States) and yes, that fixed it.
